Common questions

FAQ

Most projects take a few weeks from the first call to launch, depending on the size of the site and how quickly we get your content and feedback. In a hurry? We can go live in about 7 days. Either way, you get a clear timeline upfront.

No. Writing the texts is included in every package. We ask you a few questions about your business and write the texts from there. Your logo and some photos help, if you have them.

Yes. We’re based in Davos, Switzerland, but work with clients anywhere. Everything happens over email and video call, so location is never a barrier. We work in German and English.

We deliver first. You pay when the site is live and you’re happy with it, with no upfront payment required. You can pay by Twint or cash. Monthly plans (hosting, SEO care, care plans) are billed monthly the same way. All prices are in CHF.

Brand identity is your logo, the colours you use and the fonts that represent your business. If you already have these and you’re happy with them, you don’t need this service, and we’ll use what you have. If you’re starting from scratch or want a refresh, it gives you a solid visual foundation for your website, social media and printed materials.
